據(jù)悉，本次海外招才引智活動(dòng)聚焦重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)、重點(diǎn)園區(qū)，以企事業(yè)單位、法定機(jī)構(gòu)以及江東新區(qū)、高新區(qū)、綜保區(qū)等重點(diǎn)園區(qū)為主要載體，聚焦先進(jìn)製造業(yè)、現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)、生物醫(yī)藥和總部經(jīng)濟(jì)等重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)招引人才342名。其中，江東新區(qū)管理局、市投促局10個(gè)崗位鼓勵(lì)外籍人才報(bào)名。在法定機(jī)構(gòu)、國有企業(yè)71個(gè)崗位中取消筆試環(huán)節(jié)，將直接採取面試進(jìn)行招聘。還突出招引高學(xué)歷專業(yè)化人才，本次活動(dòng)擬招引具有博士研究生、碩士研究生學(xué)歷人才131名，佔(zhàn)比38.3%。在本次公布的崗位需求中，部分企業(yè)管理人員或者科研人員崗位薪酬較高，年薪30萬元以上的崗位有21個(gè)，年薪20萬至30萬元的崗位共73個(gè)。
